Refund Policy

  • In the case of cancellation of any attestation process, we need a mail or letter from the authorised person of documents.
  • Once we receive the refund/ cancellation request, we will go through genuine reason of cancellation.
  • The cancellation or refund procedure will be started on basis services completed on the documents.
  • If we found some process and services completed, a certain amount will be deducted on that basis.
  • The refund amount will be do only through online transfer to customer account or to authorised account only
  • The refund period will 10 working days from the date request received from the customer part.
